Smoked Gammon

Traditional gammon is a perfect choice to help make the food of a special occasion even more memorable. Home cured in our brine, smoked and hung to mature. We hot smoke our Gammons using dry Oak, giving it that full rich traditional flavour with a lovely golden colour Our Gammon comes with only one bone, the hock is removed at the joint giving a good manageable gammon. Whole Gammons range from about 6kg up to 9.5kg, but we are happy to cut joints for smaller sizes.
