Traditionally cured and smoked Gammons are the perfect choice for that special occasion. Our Gammons comes with only one bone, the hock is removed at the joint giving a good manageable gammon.
Whole Gammons weigh between 6.5kg and 10kg, but we are happy to cut joints to smaller sizes. Smaller joints may come as boneless.
The low fat option. Lean bacon will have small veins of fat intermingled with the meat giving it a moist texture.
Smoked using a blend of woods with Oak as the main constituent giving our bacon a traditional full rich smoked flavour.
Pork, Curing mix/brine: Dark brown sugar, Juniper berries, Naturally occurring minerals potassium nitrate & sodium nitrite.
